I never realized how much influence my great-grandmother had on my life until recently. When I look back on my life, my great-grandmother who we call RoRo has been there as more of a silent support for me, my mom throughout my 18 years of life. Now that I'm older I have found out all the things that my RoRo has taught me when I was to young to even remember. My RoRo was one of the people that taught me my colors, and help me learn to talk and understand many things at an early age. As I got older I was able to find out more about my great-grandmother and her life. My great-grandmother worked for most of her life, but i found out that she loved to travel and has been able to go to Spain. I still don't really know all I want to know about my great-grandmothers life, but I'm just thankful I am able to still have her around. I choose to write about my great-grandmother this time around and not anyone else, because I wanted to really try and put into words how much my great-grandmother has been a major part of my life and how much she means to me.
