HMMMM Is that supposed to be CAPITALIZED?

I've had many problems with grammar over the years, from spelling errors to knowing exactly where to put that comma in the sentence. Many of my problems I was able to figure out, but I still sometimes get confused on what should be capitalized when.
What deserves to be in caps? Well most people know the basics, names of people, the months of the year, the first letter in a sentence; but what about the conjunctions and pronouns in the middle of all the stuff you know should definitely be capitalized? Well this is what I've learned. I now, know that capitalization should be used only for names of people, races, cities, counties, regions, states, nations, languages and other proper names. I also learned that you should only capitalize an acronym when you spell out it's proper name right before hand.
Hope you know have a reference point to help with all you capitalization needs!
